The Rest of the Month

3 weeks left. I have 3 big goals.

  1. I want to have a daily system in check so that even if I say “I didn’t get to it”, I never end up saying “I forgot to do this.”
  2. I want to be kinder to myself – stop beating myself up. That way, I will stop apologizing and then essentially asking people to forgive me so they don’t feel bad about my mistakes.
  3. I want rituals established – writing at night time, working out 3x a week, and reading every day.

Let’s see how it goes.
